Description
NA The Texas Army National Guard (TXANRG) State Medical Command is requesting: Eight (8) each Manikin Combo Pack (P/N NGTPAK700T) or equal. The combination packs shall include adult/child and infant mannequins, 50 A/C lung bags, and 20 infant lung bags. Mannequins need to be designed specifically for CPR and AED training with th e anatomical features for instruction as identified by the American Heart Association. Specifications include as a minimum built-in feedback features with realistic head tilt, visible chest rise and audible chest compression clicks to help train rescuers o n CPR performance as well as help instructors provide accurate training on AED??????s and the Heimlich maneuver. The comprehensive design features anatomical landmarks (Adam??????s apple, carotid arteries, xiphoid process/chest notch, rib cage, navel nip ples) enabling proper hand placement and pulse check and requires easy to change lung bags that can be quickly replaced. The (TXARNG) State Medical Command also requires additional eight (8) each Face Shield Lung Bags for adult/child (100 pack), eight (8) each Face Shield Lung Bags for Infants (100 Pack) and eight (8) each Carry Bags (P/N NG3079-600) or equal. The bags need to be 30?????? Wide, 13?????? deep and 19?????? high. Should be able to hold 5 adult mannequins. The North American Industry Classi fication System (NAICS) code is 421450. Bidders MUST be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database prior to award. To register, access the CCR Internet address at: http://www.ccr.gov/vendor.cfm. A firm-fix price supply contract i s expected. Period of performance will be no later than 60 days after the award.
