PRON: AX3Q0279AX, NSN: 6610-01-434-2606, PN: 406-375-220 (-101/-103) , QUANTITY: 50 each With Two 100% Options. applicable to the 0H-58 D Airframe, with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001 and Stockton, CA 95296-0130. This item i s restricted to Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc., 600 E. Hurst Blvd, Hurst, TX 76053-8030, Cage Code 97499; Smith Industries PLC, 765 Finchley Rd., London, England, GL52 4SF, Cage Code K0185 and L-3 Communications Avionics systems, Inc., 6363 52nd St SE, Gra nd Rapids, MI 49512-9704, Cage Code 25583, because this part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DOD-STD-100. Production Lead-time is 15 each 150 Days After Contract Award (DACA), and 15 each month thereafter. Firms that can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitation by acces sing the website ww.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (Title 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (Title 50, USC., APP 2401- 2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470.
