- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1) Repair and Refurbish Ampex Digital Cassette Recording Systems (DCRsi), Qty 2; 2) Power Supply Converter, PN 130125-01, Qty 1. This requirement is sole sourced to Ampex Data Systems Corp. 1228 Douglas Avenue, Redwood City, CA 94063-3199 as the only vendor to refurbish and repair these systems without voiding the warranty. Any firms believing that they can provide the repair may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm?s ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the service without causing programmatic hardship.
