Description

DESC: Bulk Fuel requirements of JP8 and MG6 for the Afghanistan/Pakistan region. Overseas Bulk Procurement of Turbine Fuel, Aviation (JP8) NSN: 9130-01-031-5816, specification MIL-DTL-83133E, dated April 1, 1999, quantity 22,439,000 U.S. Gallons with a surge requirement of 55,520,000 U.S. Gallons and PSI Low Lead Motor Gasoline (MG6), NSN: 9130-01-147-1346, specification Pakistan Standards Institute Specification for Petrol, quantity 195,600 U.S. Gallons for Purchase Program 2.99. Delivery period for the above items is from October 16, 2003 through October 15, 2004, plus a 30-day carry-over period. These requirements may increase during the delivery period and be met by supplemental solicitations tied to SP0600-03-R-0116. This solicitation will be available on the World Wide Web at FedBizOpps: http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ and the DESC homepage: http://www.desc.dla.mil on or about June 04, 2003. When the solicitation is posted, a notice will be sent to all firms on the mailing list. If you intend to submit an offer, you are required to return a completed and signed Offeror Submission Package to the DESC Bid Custodian before the closing date and time. E-mail offers will not be accepted, however, facsimile offers are authorized at 703-767-8506. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. Dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer.
