Description

The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AOUSC) has a requirement for information technology services in two support areas: (1) Information Technology (IT) Planning and Acquisition Support and (2) Information Technology (IT) Technical Support, Testing, and Quality Assurance Support. Information Technology (IT) Planning and Acquisition Support includes but is not limited to preparation of mission needs statements, requirements analysis, alternatives analysis, RFP development, technical and cost evaluation support, and testing and benchmarks. Information Technology (IT) Technical Support, Testing, and Quality Assurance Support includes but it not limited to information engineering, rapid application development, reverse engineering, Integrated Computer Assisted Software Engineering (I-CASE) tools, object oriented design, structured design, programming, writing software test specifications, participating in execution of software tests, documenting software test results, and developing test practices and processes. The AOUSC anticipates multiple awards under each of the two support areas. Offerors will be permitted to propose on either or both of the support areas. The proposed contract(s) will be indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity with firm fixed labor rates.
