- PR No: LTC03227014032. This solicitation will contain NSN 1620-00-513-1904 for a Transmitter, Adapter in accordance with DWG 4-81071 (-2), DWG 3-81047, DWG 4-81038, P/N 4-81038-2. This award will be solicited for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The item is in support of the B-52H aircraft. The solicitation will consist of one base year and four option years. FOB Destination, I&A Origin, Quantity variance is plus or minus 0%. First Article Testing is required. Solicitation will be issued as 100% Small Business Set-Aside, under full and open competition procedures after exclusion of sources. The Guaranteed Minimum Contract Quantity for the Base Year is 37 each. The Minimum Order Quantity for the Base Year is 15 each. The EAD / Maximum Order Quantity for the Base Year is 52 each. The Maximum Contract Quantity for the Base Year is 82 each. The Guaranteed Minimum Contract Quantity for each Option Year is 15 each. The Minimum Order Quantity for each Option Year is 15 each. The EAD / Maximum Order Quantity for each Option Year is 60 each. The Maximum Contract Quantity for each Option Year is 120 each. An Export Control Technical Data Package exists for this NSN and will only be released to contractors authorized / certified by Defense Logistics Service Center. If certification is required, request a Military Critical Technical Data Agreement from Defense Logistics Services Center. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other factors as described in the solicitation.
