Description: The 99th Contracting Squadron is contemplating a sole source contract to install manhole locks on all manholes, grates and handhold to match existing locking system at Nellis AFB, Indian Springs Auxiliary Air Field, and the Mike O?Callaghan Federal Hospital. Services are to include assessing and installing a locking mechanism that is the same as the McGard model or equal to the locking system. Each lock must utilize the same key.
