- Notice is hereby given regarding a change to the Modification posted on 28 August 2003. Under paragraph 3.7. of the Statement Of Work, (SOW), the second sentence is hereby changed from: This signal shall transmit CNN, CNN Headline News, The Weather Channel, C-Span, MSNBC, Fox News, CNBC, BBC, The History Channel, Discovery Wings and two (2) Commander's Access Channels to various academic locations at Maxwell AFB and Maxwell AFB-Gunter Annex, AL. TO NOW READ: This signal shall transmit CNN, CNN Headline News, The Weather Channel, C-Span, MSNBC and the Commander's Access Channel to various locations at Maxwell AFB and Maxwell AFB-Gunter Annex, AL.
