Description

NA The U.S. Property and Fiscal Office for Rhode Island (USPFO for RI) intends to award a sole source contract to Application Design Services (ADS), 250A Centerville Road, Warwick, Rhode Island 02886. The USPFO for RI has a requirement for the purchase and i nstallation of six (6) copies of NSI's Double-Take for Windows (Advanced Server Edition). This software will be used for real time replication of Rhode Island Army National Guard Wide Area Network (WAN). This synopsis is a notice of intent to issue an aw ard under other than full and open competition and should not be considered a request for competitive proposals. The determination of the Government not to open subject requirement to full and open competition was made IAW FAR 6.302-1 and is solely at the discretion of the Government. See Note 22.
