Description

8(A)/SDB INTERNET APPLICATION FORMS & SYSTEM: A list of Offeror Questions and SBA Responses (Q&A #1) has been posted today 8/29/03. MOST questions received to date are included in the list, but some responses are still pending. Remaining responses will be posted as a revised document as soon as they are finalized. Two RFP attachments have been uploaded in zip file format - SBA System Development Methodology and SBA Enterprise Architecture. In addition, Question #6 provides the URL where sample HUBZone application forms can be accessed. All other attachments will be uploaded in Fedbizopps as soon as they are in the proper format. THERE WILL BE NO PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE. Please submit any additional questions not addressed in Q&A #1 via e-mail to the Contracting Officer promptly so that further responses can be made in a timely manner prior to the proposal due date of 9/12/03. The Interested Vendors List (IVL) has been enabled and published in Fedbizopps. If you have trouble accessing this list, please review the help topics regarding the IVL. Please check for further updates and questions/answers DAILY.
