- NOTICE OF INTENT. The VA Medical Center, Chillicothe, Ohio intends to negotiate on a sole source basis, a firm-fixed priced contract (base year with 4 1-year renewal options) with Adena Health Systems, 272 Hospital Road, Chillicothe, Ohio to provide Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Services to beneficiaries of the VA Medical Center, Chillicothe, Ohio at the contractor's approved facility located at Adena Regional Medical Center, 272 Hospital Road, Chillicothe, Ohio. NAICS 621512 applies. This is not a request for quotes, however, contractors who have established diagnostic imaging centers with MRI capabilities located within the County of Ross within the State of Ohio who believe they can provide the services required may give written notice to the Contracting Officer along with sufficient documentation to demonstrate ability to comply with the VA requirements. All responses/docmentation must be forwarded in writing to the Contracting Officer (90C), VA Medical Center, 17273 S.R. 104, Chillicothe, Ohio within ten (10) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice. Written responses received within the specified time stated herein will be evaluated and considered. A determination to compete the requirements based on responses received will be solely witin the discretion of the Government.
