Description: The Bureau of Customs and Border Protection has a requirement for the replacement of a roof and shingles at Pinnacle, a Customs owned facility. This acquisition is being made under other than full and open competition, only one responsible source, 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1). The proposed acquisition will be made to Edward Messler Construction, 511 Lost Nation Road, Enosburg Falls, Vermont 05450. All resonable sources may submit an offer which will be considered by the Agency.
