Description

The U.S. Coast Guard National Pollution Funds Center (NPFC) is soliciting quotes for eight (8) network copiers. The NPFC reserves the right to purchase all or a partial number of machines under this solicitation. Minimum requirements are as follows; 45-60 ppm, scanning capable, fax capable, duplex copies/prints, collating and stapling. Quotes should include line items for delivery and installation on the USCG network. The NPFC will be trading-in the following equipment and quotes should include the amount the vendor is will to give for each piece of equipment; Xerox Document Centre 255 (2 ea), Xerox 460 Digital System (2 ea), and Xerox Document Centre 340 (1 ea). Vendors should include information on their companies maintenance programs. For the purpose of the quote it is estimated that each machine will produce between 10,000 and 30,000 copies per month. Each machine will have varying amounts of copies and each will have a maintenance program tailored to it usage. Maintenance costs will be addressed under a separate agreement but the information is paramount to the ultimate choice of equipment.
