- Description
- The VISN 9 Acquisition Service Center (90C), is seeking sources that can provide #2 Fuel Oil, off-road diesel for a high-pressure steam boiler at the VA Medical Center, Lexington, KY 40502. The fuel MUST be delivered in a pumping-type truck with a 4" connection for pumping into the above ground fuel oil storage tanks. The delivery MUST be made between Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, to the Lexington VA Medical Center, 2250 Leestown Road, Lexington, KY 40502 within 5 days after award of the contract. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT REQUEST ONLY. This is NOT a Request for Quotations. Responsible sources interested in this procurement shall submit, on their company letterhead, a statement which contains clear and convincing information identifying their capabilities regarding delivery of this supply to Pam Dodd via fax 615-867-5429 NO LATER THAN 09/09/2003 02:00 PM US/Central time. Contractors are REQUIRED to call Pam Dodd at 615-867-6097 to verify receipt of any documentation faxed to 615-867-5429.
