Description

Item description: Digital Voice Recording System. This will be a fixed price contract for: one (1) sy DVRS 24-Channel System (includes 20 DAT), P/N 100908-001; one (1) sy IRR, P/N 102910-101, one (1) Job Site Installation & Training; one (1) Job On-site Maintenance Training; one (1) each GPS Antenna Receiver, P/N 259003-001; one (1) each UPS, P/N 259097-002; five (5) sets DAT cleaning tape, P/N 158001-002; eight (8) each Air Filter, P/N 260908-001; twenty (20) each Media Stock (DAT), P/N 158001-001; one (1) each ADIF Board, P/N 259101-002; one (1) each ALI Board, P/N 259111-002; one (1) each Mirroring Device, P/N 258080-001; one (1) each LAF Board, P/N 259113-002; one (1) each APA-4 Board, P/N 259112-001; one (1) each CPU Board, P/N 259361-101; one (1) each Power Supply, P/N 259091-002; two (2) each DAT Drive, P/N 259230-001; one (1) each SCSI Card, P/N 259362-001. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The following clauses are applicable to subject solicitation: FAR52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors), FAR 52.212-2 (Evaluation-Commercial Items), FAR 52.212-3 (Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items), FAR 52.212-4 (Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items), and FAR 52.212-5 (Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items). In accordance with clause 52.212-2, the evaluation factors shall be: price and price related factors. Oral procedures will be used for this solicitation. The anticipated award will be September 17, 2003. Sole source to: Northrop Grumman Denro.
