Description

NA The US Army Robert Morris Acquisition Center, Natick Contracting Division, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Johnson Outdoors of Binghamton, NY, for a quantity of 104 Tent Liner End Sections and a quantity of 34 Tent Liner Mid Sections, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. These items are urgently nee ded to support troops deployed to hostile areas at extreme temperature locations. Johnson Outdoors worked in conjucction with the US Army to develop and build the Modular General Purpose Tent System (MGPTS) and its components.
