Description

All of the terms of the original solicitation apply. Following are responses to the questions received regarding the solicitation. Question 1.??Who is the incumbent? Response 1. There is no incumbent. This is a new service. Question 2.? Does the incumbent provider own the network? Response 2. There is no incumbent and no existing network. Question 3.? Is it a coaxial network? Response 3. Unknown Question 4.? How much has the Government paid for CATV services over the last two fiscal years? Response 4. There is no procurement history. Question 5.??What is the estimated number of?subscribers? Response 5. The solicitation states the "Initial requirement is for six connections. Assume one additional connection per option year for price evaluation." Question 6.? What level of CATV services are provided?? Basic, Extended and/or Premium? Response 6. The solicitation states the "service required is Basic Cable Television service to include Local News Channels and National all news channels CNN, MSNBC etc." Question 7.? Is a site survey possible? A site survey has been scheduled for 5 September 2003, 10:00 am Central Time. Each contractor interested in a site survey shall contact Ms. Deborah Crum and provide the required information necessary for the indidivuals to gain access to the facility. There is no change to the date and time established for receipt of quotes.
