Description
OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR FEDERAL BUILDING IN FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS, Request for Proposal (RFP) No. GS-07P-03-UTC-1013. This notice announces the solicitation requirement for operations and maintenance services for the Federal building in Fayetteville, Arkansas. The General Services Administration (GSA) announces an opportunity for O&M services and is soliciting written expressions of interests from qualified contractors desiring to compete in the procurement process for the referenced project. Prospective offerors shall notify this office by electronic mail or facsimile of their intent to submit an offer. The letter shall include a statement of interest, DUNS number, and personnel that will attend the pre-proposal conference (limited to 1 person). Pre-proposal conference is set for August 28, 2003 at 10:30 AM in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Attendance at the pre-proposal conference is not mandatory. Letters of interest are due to the office of the Contracting Officer no later than August 15, 2003. Send letters to the attention of Camron Doss, Contracting Officer, GSA Arkansas-East Texas Service Center (7PEA). The Contractor selected for award shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, repair parts, tools and equipment and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of all operations and maintenance services for the Fayetteville Federal Building. The contract period is November 1, 2003 to October 31, 2004 with one, one-year option, for a total of two years. This contract will be acquired competitively utilizing FAR Part 15 Source Selection procedures with award based on ?Best Value? concept. The anticipated release date for the RFP is on/about August 20, 2003. Proposals are due to the office of the Contracting Officer on September 12, 2003 at 12:00 P.M. The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will be in word document format and available at www.fedteds.gov. You will have to register at this web site to receive access to the solicitation. It is the offeror?s responsibility to monitor this site and FedBizOpps for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any). This solicitation is set-aside for small business. The range for this project is between $70,000 and $80,000. Bid and performance bonds will not be required. All responsive offers from responsible offerors will be considered. 09/02/03 This modification is to inform all vedors that the revised inventory list and new PM guides are posted. The due date is still set for 09/12/03 at 12:00 PM.
