Description
ITEM NO SUPPLIES/SERVICES QUANTITY UNIT UNIT PRICE AMOUNT 0001 1 Each Security Camera Upgrade (FY03) FFP Security Camera Upgrade (FY03)in accordance with SOW. PURCHASE REQUEST NUMBER: SADIN3RJ020 NET AMT FOB: Origin Vendor is requested to provide descriptive literature of the digital video recording device proposed to satisfy SOW requirement in paragraph 3.3. PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT CLOSED CIRCUIT TELEVISION SYSTEM REPLACMENT 1. SERVICES PERSONEL. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, and transportation necessary to replace the closed circuit television surveillance system currently located at the Buckley Annex. This is to include Buildings 444, 409, and 667. 2. QUALIFICATIONS. The contractor shall be qualified and experienced in the installation of security and surveillance equipment, to include digital video recorders, internal and external digital video cameras and monitor systems. 3. SERVICE DESCRIPTION. 3.1 Remove internal and external cameras in Buildings 444, 409, and 407. Replace and install a total of 43 digital color cameras provided by the Defense Finance and Accounting Service-Buckley Annex Security Office. The government furnished equipment (GFE) is American Video Electronics, model #SC-40NTA. 3.2 Where needed, the existing 12-volt camera power supplies will be replaced by the appropriate camera power supply needed for the GFE cameras. The appropriate power supplies will be provided and installed by the contractor at no additional cost to the government. 3.3 Remove existing VHS recording systems, replace, and install three 16 channel digital video recording systems. The contractor will provide the Government with manufacturer?s specifications on all equipment to be installed prior to installation. Each digital video recorder will be capable of supporting 16 channels, 240 frames per second (FPS), adequate hard drive capacity to maintain 30 days of continuous loop data, CD-RW drive, and be Network-Ready. 3.4 Remove and replace existing surveillance monitors with six monitors that will be provided by the Defense Finance and Accounting Service Security Office as GFE. 3.5 All equipment and service provided by the contractor shall have at least a 1-Year warranty. 3.6 Contractor shall provide training to DFAS security personnel on the operation of the digital video recorders. 4. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE. Time of performance will be during regular working hours between 7:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, except for Federal holidays.
