Description

This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Request is unrestricted. NAICS Code 335999; 500 employees. This RFQ contains the following line item: 0001 Repair sliprings for Contravis 53Y simulator. Rebuild as needed and factory performance checks to return unit to original specifications. Offers must contain a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3 Offer Representations and Certifications. The offeror is required to provide their Contractor’s Duns Number and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code with their offer. The CAGE code entered must be for the name and address provided by the contractor. Offerors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database (CCR). Quotations may be faxed to (505)-572-7333. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Offer due date: 4 Sep 03.
