Description

It is the Government intent to award a sole source purchase order to Jeppesen Government and Military Sales for the purchase of FliteDeck Software as follows: World-Wide electronic version of the Jeppesen flight pubication AUSAFD41/43, ACANFD41/43, AASDFD41/43, APBNFD41/43, ALAMFD41/43, ASAMFD41/43, AEURFD41/43, AMESFD41/43, AAFRFD41/43, AEEUFD41/43, ACHIFD41/43, AATLFD41/43, AUSMFD41/43, AEMLFD41/43, ACANHI41/43, ACANHI43, AERMHI41, AERMHI43, AAFRHI41, AAFRHI43 and Jeppesen Flitemap Software, works with Flite Deck JMACW141, JMGCW143. This acquisition will be accomplished using commercial procedures in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12. All contractors submitting any proposal to the Government must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) at www.ccr2000.com. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract, it does not restrict the Government’s ultimate approach, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation cost. This requirement is subject to availability of funds. Contracting POC is MSgt Marisol Krist and can be reached at 301-981-2341. Quotations must be received no later than 3:00 pm EST, 5 Sept 2003. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by the agency.
