Description

This is for a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemental with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) #ACD-3-Q-0030. This solicitation is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The North American Industry Classification System (NAIC) Code for this acquisition is 333315. The standard size for NAICS code is 500 employees. The solicitation will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http://fedbizops.gov/. The site provides downloading instructions.
