Description: A-76 Tentative Decision, cost Comparison results for Clerical Support Services. The Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) has completed two USDA Express Review Studies of Clerical Support Services at the NRCS office in Washington, DC. As a result of this study, the performance of the functions shall remain in-house. Appeals must be recieved in writing and within 20 calendar days after the publication date of this notice. The cost comparison information is avialable to affected parties upon request by contacting the contracting officer listed in this notice.
