Description: A-76 Tentative Decision, Cost Comparison results for Mailroom and Supply Services. The Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) has completed three USDA Express Review Studies of Mailroom and Supply Services at the NRCS office in Washington, DC; Fort Worth, TX; and Fort Collins, CO. As a result of this study, the performance of the functions shall remain in-house. Appeals must be received in writing and within 20 calendar days after the publication date of this notice. The cost comparison information is available to affected parties upon request by contracting the contracting officer listed in this notice.
