- Description
- The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is currently seeking potential bidders for the purpose of a firm-fixed price Non personal service contract to provide OB/GYN Services at the PHS Indian Health Center located at the Wagner Service Unit, Wagner, South Dakota. Period of Performance will be from 10/1/03 to 9/30/04, on-site one day per week. Request for RFQ-03-146 shall be made in writing or telefax at (605) 226-7669 Attn: Donna Ducheneaux, Contract Specialist. This package will be make availabele approximatley 15 days after date of publication of this announcement. The last date to request a copy of this RFQ package will be 9/11/2003.
