- The Federal Correctional Institution at Morgantown, West Virginia intends to award a contract for the provision of Jewish services to lead Jewish inmates at FCI Morgantown in Jewish studies and prayers. Please be advised this is a contractual position only and is not to be construed to be a personnel appointment to the Federal Bureau of Prisons. The resulting contract(s) will consist of a Base Year period not to exceed 12 consecutive months from the date of award with four 12-month option periods for renewal, if exercised.The solicitation will be available on or after September 3, 2003, and will be distributed solely thru the General Services Administration?s Federal Business Opportunities web site ( Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.
