- This is a solicitation for commercial items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ) # BLS-03-29 in accordance with FAR Part 13, NTE $19,120.00 Quantity, sixteen: Dataram 4096MB memory upgrade, 4X1024MB modules, for a Sun Fire 6800, 900HMz or 1.05GHz server. Memory is Sun licensed and comes with a lifetime advance replacement warranty. Model No. DRS280/4096/Hot swap spare Dataram 1024MB memory module for above kit (2 included #62702), and Dataram service call reimbursement program for above kits (1 included). Delivery shall be 45 day ARP, FOB Destination ? Washington, DC. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by submitting quotations. The Government will consider all quotes received within 15 days after the publication of this synopsis. The purchasing activity is not responsible for locating or securing any information which is not identified in the quotation and reasonably available to the purchasing activity. All Quotes shall be submitted to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, PSB Room 1830, 2 Massachusetts Ave. NE, Washington, DC 20212, no later 3:00 p.m. EDT ? September 10, 2003, and be clearly marked with RFQ# BLS-03-29. The point of contact for all information is Tammy Lake/Etihun Hailemichael Purchasing Agents, at the address listed above. If your response is not received by the date/time and at the location specified in the announcement, it will not be considered. No hand carried quotes will be accepted. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed through the FedBizOpps (FBO) site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FBO site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. Fax proposals are encouraged and must state name, address, and solicitation number. An original copy of the proposal shall follow by mail. Quotations may also be submitted electronically provided that all the necessary documentation requested in this RFQ is included.
