Description: The purposes of this modification are to (1) insert the word "NOT" in the last sentence of the previous notice and (2) to correct the e-mail address for Tracy Ford as stated below. The U.S. Department of State intends to enter into a sole source contract with Colt Manufacturing Co., Inc. for M4-A1 weapons to meet its Diplomatic Security Service standards and requirements. Colt Manufacturing Co., Inc. is the only known source that can provide the requirements of weapons needed. No solicitation document is available. Telephone responses will "NOT" be accepted.
