- Description
- This is a notice of the Mid South CMOP (Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy) 764 at Murfreesboro, TN intends to negotiate a sole source contract under the authority FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source with TechWerks, LLC, 611 South Willow Avenue, Suite B, Cookeville, TN 38501 to provide automated prescription verification system (APVS). APVS will include production system carousel, digital imaging system, enrollment station, enrollment station computerized interface, visualization software and digital acquisition hardware, and production interface and electro-mechanical control. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes but responses received by 4:00 PM, September 19, 2003 will be evaluated. A determination by the Contracting Officer not to complete this proposal action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
