- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation F4LG4032250100 is issued as a Request For Quote: TWO (2) 28.5 VDC GROUND POWER UNIT ENGINES, MODEL: JET EX 5D (OR EQUAL), CUMMINS B3.9 DIESEL FINISH, STANDARD WHITE MOUNTING, 5TH WHEEL TRAILER CABLE, 30 FEET DC OUTPUT WITH PLUG. The provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-15. This requirement is total small-business set-aside, North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 335312, size standard: 1000 Employees. The item shall be FOB Destination for delivery to: 550th 5th Street East, Randolph AFB, TX 78150. The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract to the offeror who proposes the best value to the government.
