Description

NA 03R6021 ? VXIbus module This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) Number is F33600-03-R-6011. This solicitation and incorporated clauses/provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-14 and DFARS Change Notice 20030301. The solicitation incorporates by reference the following clauses: FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4 and 52.212-5, DFFARS 252.204-7004.. NAIC Code: 541519. This is a sole source requirement in accordance with IAW FAR 6.302-1. WPAFB intends to award to KineticSystems Company, LLC, 900 N. State Street, Lockport, Illinois, 60441, a purchase order for 5 V200 A/D boards. KineticSystems is the manufacturer and sole distributor of these boards. The RFQ has the following line items: Line Item 0001 ?Model v200-AE14 Data Acquistion Module 16-Ch, 16-bit, 200khz Sigma-Delta ADC, 32 MB Buffer, Quantity Five. Line Item 0002 ?Model v792-ZB11 Rack mount Isoth. Termination Panel with improved CMR. FOB Destination. The Ship to Address is AFRL/PRTE Bldg. 71B GBAY, 7th and E St., Wright-Patterson AFB, OH 45433. Proposals shall be sent by either by e- mail to Amy.Ellis@wpafb.af.mil or by facsimile at (937) 257-6390 for receipt not later than 9:00A.M. EST on 5 Sep 03. Anticipated award date is not later than 8 Sep 03. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1), Justification: Services required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible source(s) and no other type of service will satisfy agency requirements.
