Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6. Radio System Analyzer. Analyzer with test monitor to test and determine repairs required for trunked radios. Must operate in AM, FM, and SSB modes in a frequency band of 2 MHz to 134.975 MHz, and in AM, FM, Type II enhanced trunking and Motorola ASTRO VSELP modes in a frequency band of 133 MHz to 499.975 MHz. Must be compatible with APCO Project-25 and Securent DES, DES-XL and DES-OFB encryption modes. Be able to test transmit bandwidth, frequency, FM deviation, AM percent of modulation, power output (1-125 watts RMS). Operate as a signal generator with a frequency range of 400 KHz to 1 GHz, with internal modulation from 0-95% at 10Hz - 20KHz, and sweep generator mode coupled to spectrum analyzer trace. Operate as a spectrum analyzer 400KHz to 1GHz cable fault detector (time domain reflectometer), oscilloscope, wattmeter, tracking generator, digital voltmeter, frequency counter, distortion analyzer, and tone sequence decocer. Operate 110/220VAC, 50/60Hz. Operate on either +12VDC or internal batteries. Radio system analyzer consists of the following items: (1)Radio System Analyzer model/part R2670B, 1 each, (2)Astro Digital Option model/part RLN4497A, 1 each, (3)Hardware Option, model CM701, 1 each, (4)Securenet required for encryption options model/part CM711, 1 each, (5)DES-OFB, Encryption Algorithms model/part CM702, 1 each, (6)DES/DES-XL, Encryption Algorithms model/part CM708, 1 each, (7)APCO Compliant IMBE model/part CM713, 1 each, (8)Encryption Test Keyload Cable, KVL3000, model/part RTK4012, 1 each, (9)Keyload Cable, XTSW3000 model/part 30-P30984C0007, 1 each, (10)Battery Pack model/part RPN4000A, 1 each, (11)Hard Sided Transit Case with Wheels model/part A0002, 1 each. This is a request for quotation, solicitation reference number F4MSCM32390300. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-14. Quote needs to include all of the equipment listed, delivery FOB destination Grand Forks AFB, ND, and anticipated delivery time/date. Offeror must provide any warranty information on quoted items. This acquisition will be accomplished in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) and will be based on competitive quotes. This is an unrestricted acquisition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334515; size standard of 500 employees. Offerors must include with their quotation a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial items (April 2002) and DFARS 252.225-7000, Buy American Act ? Balance of Payments Program Certificate (April 2003). In accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration (Nov 2001), prior to receiving any contract award, contractors must be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. Contractors can obtain further information on the CCR database at the web site http://www.ccr.gov. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written (paper/hard copy) solicitation will not be issued.
