- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are b eing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The requirement is in support the biological detection for the war effort. Equipment and expendables required for customer proje ct as deliverables for ongoing PCR development programs as part of the biological detection capabilities. Pathfinder Pouches with Freeze-dried reagents, DNA Purification Kits (qty of 12 per kit), 2 kits. DNA extraction and purification kit for minimall y trained technicians to extract DNA from any environmental source. Each Test Kit is optimized and validated for the R.A.P.I.D. System and contains all the ingredients for DNA amplification and detection. RAZOR Instrument and Pelican Case (RapidCycler I nstrument) (qty of 2); Pathfinder loading kits (including syringes) (qty of 800); 30 per ml Buffer 10X w/BSA ?????? 50 mM MgCl2; 30 per ml 10X dNTP Mix (2mM each). Consumables must be compatible with existing R.A.P.I.D. system. Include sufficient specif ications and estimated delivery lead-time in your response. Provisions applicable to this acquisition are 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors??????Commercial; a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications??????Co mmercial Items, must be included with offers. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions??????Commercial Items, and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders??????Commercial Items, applies to thi s acquisition.
