NA Description: Requirements are issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside solicitation for seven items to be awarded as a 5 year, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, Firm Fixed Price contract. The seven items to be procured are: CLIN 0001: Room Liner Package, NSN: 4240-01-331-0170, P/N: 5-19-11334; End Item: M28 Simplified Collective Protection Equipment System (SCPE) consisting of Liner, 5-19-11210; Adapter, 5-19-11341; Carrier Bag Assy, 5-19-11062-40; and Polyethylene Bag. This clin has a guarantee d minimum quantity of 50 each. Total estimated quantity over 5 years is 2,500 each. CLIN 0002: ISO-ISO Adapter, NSN: 4240-10-491-8611, P/N: 5-19-13881; End Item: M28 SCPE consisting of Tunnel, 5-19-13888; Flange, 5-19-13882; Carrier Bag Assy, 5-19-11062 -130; and Barrier Bag, 20.00 X 20.00 and 30.00 X 50.00, Type I Class B, Style 2. This clin has a guaranteed minimum quantity of 50 each. Total estimated quantity over 5 years is 2,500 each. CLIN 0003: Membrane Storage Bag, NSN: 4240-01-506-6667, P/N: 5 -19-11501; consisting of Saranex Laminate, 5-19-11226; Fastener Tape, Hook and Fastener Tape, Pile: Polyester Thread size E; Marking Ink, Stencil; and Webbing, Type IV. Toxicological Agent Testing is required. This clin has a guaranteed minimum quantity of 50 each. Total estimated quantity over 5 years is 2,500 each. CLIN 0004: Repair Strap, NSN: 4240-01-467-4612, P/N: 5-19-11499, Consists of Saranex Tape, 5-19-11609; Strap Assembly, 5-19-11087; Loop Tie Assy, 5-19-11069; Snap Button, MS27980-2N; Snap Socket, MS27980-6N. There is no guaranteed minimum quantity for this clin. Total estimated quantity over 5 years is 25,000 each. CLIN 0005: Carrier Bag, NSN: 4240-01-331-0172, P/N: 5-19-11062-40, consists of Front, Back and Side manufactured from cloth or nylon two sides butyl. Toxicological Agent Testing is required. The item is approximately 37 inches X 27 inches X 14 inches. There is no guaranteed minimum for this clin. Total estimated quantity over 5 years is 2,500 each. CLIN 0006: Center Sect ion with out Membrane, NSN: 4240-01-491-8610, P/N: 5-19-13764, Consists of Liner, 5-19-13763; Carrier Bag Assy, 5-19-11062-40; and Polyethylene Bag. This clin has a guaranteed minimum quantity of 50 each. Total estimated quantity over 5 years is 2,500 ea ch. CLIN 0007: Airlock Adapter, NSN: 4240-01-460-9055, P/N: 5-19-13778, Manufactured from a 66.25 inch X 85 inch Saranex Laminate sheet attached by thermal heat seal to a chemically bonded polyethylene extrusion and hytrel polyester skirt. This clin has a guaranteed minimum quantity of 50 each. Total estimated quantity over 5 years is 2,500 each. First Article Testing is require. FOB Destination. Estimated ordering periods will be from award date through 31 Sec 2008. Estimated solicitation issue dat e is 18 Sep 2003. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501 and 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c), therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in f act unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. This solicitation incorporates a Technical Data Package (TDP) that cannot be provided via t he internet.
