Description

NA The US Army Intelligence and Security Command, Fort Belvoir, VA announces its intentions to award a sole source purchase order under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) to Applications Technology, Inc. (AppTek), for the purchase of following brand name items: Item 0001: TRANSPHERE VERSION 2.6.7X, SINGLE USER, 15 each; and Item 0002: TRANSPHERE VERSION 2.6.7X MAINTENANCE 15 each, with a delivery to FORT BELVOIR, VA on or before October 3, 2003. NO PRODUCT SUBSTITUTIONS OR EQUIVALENT PRODUCTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION, OR A REQUEST FOR OFFERS. This is a Notice of Intent. Interested parties may identify their capability to respond to this requirement. All inquiries must be addressed in writing to Mr. Lacy L. Hairston, Contract Special ist, COMMANDER USAINSCOM, IAPC-DOC, 8825 Beulah Street, Ft. Belvoir, VA, facsimile number 703-428-4914, and email address llhairs@inscom.army.mil. Responses to this notice must be received within three (3) days of this electronic posting. A determination n ot to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. This notice may represent the only official notice. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in f uture procurements. Telephone requests or inquiries will not be accepted.
