- Description
- The U.S. Geological Survey has a requirement for Internet Database Service for a period of 1 year, to provide the Biological Resources Division libraries, end users and other staff with unlimited nationwide access to Cambridge Scientific Abstracts Internet Database Services. This service would provide access to the following databases: Biological Sciences Collection, Aquatic Sciences and Fisheries Abstracts, Environmental Sciences and Pollution Management, Web Resources Database and Recent References, and Document Acquisition and Library Administration Module. The USGS anticipates awarding a sole source purchase order to Cambridge Scientific Abstracts since they developed and maintain the database. All interested parties who believe that they are able to provide this service are invited to submit a capability statement 10 days from the publication date of this announcement.
