- 1) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This requirement is for maintenance for AppWorx Software. A sole source award is being contemplated for a period of one year beginning October 1, 2003 through September 29, 2004. The maintenance is for Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & IMF: 2) The software listing is as follows including Item No, Machine, License, Host Name, and Tier: Item 0001, Sun 15k, MSTR, SPHCS061/RPTSV1, 4; Item 0002, MSTR, 3; Item 0003, Sun Ultra 6000-12cpu, AGNT/SPHCS008, 4; Item 0004, Sun, AGNT, 4; Item 0005, Sun Ultra 6500-12cpu, AGNT, 4; Item 0006, Sun Ultra 6500-12cpu, AGNT, 4; Item 0007, Not Keyed, AGNT, 2 Item 0008, Not Keyed, AGNT, 2 Item 0009, Not Keyed, AGNT, 2 Item 0010, Not Keyed, AGNT, 2 Item 0011, Not Keyed, AGNT, 2 Item 0012, Not Keyed, AGNT, 2. 3) This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written application will not be issued. 4) Solicitation Number N00104-04-Q-Q001 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 13. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed price basis. 5) All items must be Year 2000 compliant in accordance with FAR Clause 39.002, which is incorporated by reference and applies to this acquisition. The provision at DFARS 252.204.7004, Required Central Contractor Registration (MAR 1998) is incorporated by reference and applies to this acquisition. 6) All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation for consideration. 7) Offers are due to Marsha Williams, Contract Specialist, Naval Inventory Control Point, 54 50 Carlisle Pike, P O Box 2020, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055 by 12:00 Noon on September 15, 2003.
