- Description
- The Government intends to issue Solicitation N65236-03-R-0474 as a sole source commercial item contract pursuant to FAR 13.5 to Vista Research Inc., 755 North Mary Avenue, Sunnyvale, California 94085. This procurement covers the technical support, telephone support, on-site maintenance support (hardware and software), technical status reports, annual training, a warrantee program, and training certification for Vista HT-100 Pipeline Leak Detection Systems located at various DoD sites. Vista Research Inc., is currently the only contractor certified to perform EPA and State Environmental Regulator tests and is authorized to certify that piping meats all requirements. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated. The proposed contract is for a period of one year. Period of Performance shall be specified in the contract. The total estimated value is 153,396.00. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541710 and the size standard is $6.0 M. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
