Description

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) seeks to increase the hours for the duration of the contract with Randstad US, L.P., under their existing contract PBGC01-CT-03-0661. The additional labor hours will allow for the continuation of services for the Customer Contact Center and to provide additional hours to support the services for Pension Benefit Administration. It is in the best interest of the PBGC for the current provider to complete this work by increasing the labor hours under the existing contract. This increase under the existing contract will ensure continuity in the work. A solicitation will not be issued. See Note 22.
