- Description
- Contractor to provide labor, supervision, supplies, tools, equipment and transportation necessary to provide Home Oxygen to beneficiaries of the Lebanon VA Medical Center. Contractor must be capable of providing services in the following counties in Pennsylvania: Union, Snyder, Juniata, Perry, Cumberland, Adams, York, Lancaster, Berks, Lebanon, Dauphin, Northumberland and Schuylkill. Contract will be for 1 base year, plus 4 option years.
