- Description
- On a scheduled, but occasionally emergent basis, provide labor, equipment and material to perform on-site non-invasive Extracorporeal Shockwave Lithotripsy (ESWL) procedures for and at VA Medical Center, Minneapolis, MN by furnishing a turnkey system mobile unit to be used on a case basis in a VAMC Operating Room or cystoscopy suite; expected volume ranges from 60 to 80 cases annually; VAMC will furnish Urologist, nursing and anesthesia personnel as support; Vendor will provide qualified technicians to set up and assist VAMC personnel; evaluation of proposals will be based on past performance, references, type and quality of equipment, maintenance and support, locality (for response time), and price. Other VAMCs may refer patients to Minneapolis, thereby increasing the estimated volume; quotations may be submitted on a per case or per day basis; VAMC will furnish any/all hookups required.
