- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in far subpart 12.6-streamlined procedures for evaluation and solicitation for commercial items-as supplemented with additional information included in thi s notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-15. ***The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 423850 with a small business size standard of 100 people. All interested off erors may submit a quote. This shall be a Firm Fixed price contract. The specifications are as follows: Thirty-two (32) each Fire Hose, Color Yellow part number NP, N-DURA, 1.75 inch X 50 feet, Twenty (20) each Fire Hose, Color Yellow part number #NP, N-DU RA, 2.5 inch X 50 feet, Thirty-Two (32) each Fire Hose, Color Yellow part number NP, N-DURA, 3.0 Inch X 50 feet, Sixteen (16) each Fire Hose, Color Yellow part number HFX, Supply Fire Hose, 5 Inch X 100 Feet, Color Yellow, with Stortz Fitting. Nine (9) Ea ch Hose and Discharge Caps part number AIOIST, Storz caps for Hose and Discharges with retaining cables, Seventeen (17) each Stortz Fittings part number SKT-50-L (5-Inch, needed to adapt old five inch supply hose to new standard), Six (6) Each Stortz Wrenc hes With Holders part number A3810, (Wrenches made for the fittings on Stortz connections). Four (4) each Stortz Hydrant Wrench part number A3800, (the Stortz Hydrant wrench is a combination wrench which can be used for standard and Stortz hose fittings). Four (4) each Female connection converter part number 536, (6 Inch female connection converter to Stortz fitting), Four (4) each Hose Adapter part number AHIST-NJ, TFT 2.5 inch female swivel to 5 inch Stortz fitting, Four (4) Each Inch Hose Adapter Part N umber AAIST-NR, TFT 4.5 Inch national Hose Female swivel to 5 Inch Stortz, Four (4) each Inch National Hose Fittings part number KT545, 4.5 Inch National Hose Female Fittings (to be placed on the end of five inch rubber hose to be used as short supply hose ) The Hoses ordered above must be Stenciled In Black.
