- Description
- The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) intends to solicit only one source, Interactive Circuits & Systems (ICS) LTD, for a requirement of brand name, ICS-645 High-Speed, High Precision and High Density Analog to Digital (ADC) boards, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). This Firm Fixed Price procurement is conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposal. Qualifications and capabilities will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. Responses received after September 10, 2003 will not be considered. A determination by the Government to not compete this requirement on a full and open competition basis upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
