Description

Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to furnish and install a pre-engineered metal building for the Chestnut Ridge Eco-System Site, located in Oak Ridge, TN. The building shall be located on the attached site plan. The Chestnut Ridge Eco-System Site (CHESS) is located on the Department of Energy's, Oak Ridge Reservation Oak Ridge National Laboratory. All work shall be in accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal. The Government estimate for the project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Performance period is 45 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Place of performance is the Dept. of Commerce, NOAA, ARL, 456 S. Illinois Ave., Oak Ridge, TN 37830. Bid, Performance and Payment Bonds are required. This is a 100% small business set-aside. All responsible small business sources may submit a quote which will be considered. Copies of the Request for Quotations will only be available via this website. All interested parties shall download the Request for Quotation, Specifications, Drawings, and Wage Determination.
