- This is a synopsis for commercial items. Quotes are being solicited for this procurement. A written solicitation document will be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is KCAO-08-N-03. The North American Industrial Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 325992. The size standard is 100 employees. The USDA/FSA intends to award an order for the purchase of up to 15,000 remanufactured laser printer toner cartridges for use in the IBM-4317 Laser Printer engines. No substitution of brands will be considered . All pricing shall be FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance by the Government at Destination. Delivery shall be to USDA-FSA ASD Warehouse, 9240 Troost, Kansas City, MO 64131. Award will be based on technically compliant, low price. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items with their offer.
