- Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Naval Shipyard Annex intends to contract for four each Temporary Condensate and Feed Strainer Assemblies, 10 inch IPS fabricated in accordance with NAVSEA DWG. 80064-208-4775661, Rev E., Items 3, 3-9, 4, and 5. Solicitation number is N00181-03-Q-0576. This requirement will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price contract utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures as set forth in FAR 13.5, Test program for certain Commercial Products. Award to be FOB: Destination to Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, VA 23709-5000. Closing date for receipt of offers will be 08 October 2003. Request for the solicitation will be accepted via Mail addressed to: Fleet & Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Naval Shipyard Annex, Attn: Code 532.3B/Debby Spain, Bldg. 1500, 2nd Floor, Portsmouth, VA 23709-5000 or via e-mail addressed to: spainda@nnsy.navy.mil. Fax and/or phone requests are not authorized and will not be accepted. Important Notice: DFARS 252.204.7004 “Required Central Contractor Registration” applies.
