Description

This is a request for quote. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation document; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Funds are currently not available, but may become available on or before 30 Sep 2003. (OR EQUAL) Basis of award: Award will be made to the lowest-price Offeror, best demonstrating their ability to satisfy the technical capabilities of the items specified. Offerors of any equal must provide descriptive literature to this office for evaluation. PS: Contractor’s are reminded in order to be eligible for award, they must be CCR registered (www.ccr.gov).
