- THE OFFICE OF FEDERAL HOUSING ENTERPRISE OVERSIGHT (OFHEO) HEREBY CANCELS THE ABOVE SOLICITATION FOR THE SERVICES OF A CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE AN ASSET/LIABILITY MANAGEMENT AND OPTION VALUATION SOFTWARE PACKAGE AND RELATED SUPPORT SERVICES TO ADD A STOCHASTIC MARKET VALUE DIMENSION TO OFHEO'S RISK ANALYSES.
