Description

The following information is added: This is a combined synopsis/request for quotation for commercial items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Estimated delivery date shall be specified on the quote. Delivery to Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, Shipping and Receiving, Building 14, Cheltenham, MD 20623. FAR Clauses 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 are applicable to this acquisition. The following clauses in 52.212-5 are checked: 52.219-8, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-19, 52.225-3, 52.225-13, 52.232-33, 52.222-41, 52.222-42. Offerors are reminded to include a competed copy of the Provisions at FAR 52.212-3 Offer Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. All FAR clauses and provisions can be found at (www.arnet.gov/far/). Vendor must also provide Dun and Bradstreet Number (DUNS). Vendor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Quotes may be faxed to Kathy Finch, (301)868-6544 on or before the close of business (4:30 pm EST) on 09/11/03.
