Description: The USDA, Agricultural Research Service in Albany, California has a requirement for oligonucleotides ORFmer primer sets. These oligonucleotides will be of different lengths, but the total number of bases will be 200,000 synthesized in a 96-well plate format. The primers must be shipped frozen and primers need to be normalized to 200 mNm.
